Click on a cell to select it and play like Cell first mode. Click on it again to unselect it and deactivate Cell first mode.
Long press a digit (or Ctrl + digit with keyboard) to lock it and play like Digit first mode. Click on it again to unlock it and deactivate Digit first mode.
